How We Scaled Olympus Gaming Lounge

Olympus Gaming Lounge is Kentucky’s first and only dedicated gaming lounge — a state-of-the-art recreational space designed for families, teens, and esports enthusiasts alike. Strategically located on Dixie Highway in Louisville, KY, this project was built to serve the “Family Foundations” consumer segment: multigenerational households that value community, digital entertainment, and safe, affordable family outings.

Introduction

When Olympus Gaming Lounge first opened its doors in Louisville, the vision was bold — to create Kentucky’s first true esports and STEM-based entertainment hub. But the challenge was equally bold: how do you take a concept that depends on in-person traffic and transform it into a sustainable, scalable business? The founders knew they had the foundation — an incredible atmosphere, loyal customers, and a thriving gaming community — but lacked the systems, strategy, and digital presence to turn that energy into measurable growth. That’s where Asgari Enterprise came in.

We approached Olympus like we approach every partner: through our Business Development & Consulting Framework™, which integrates four pillars — operations, marketing, staffing, and analytics. Our first step was to implement systemization: • Operational Infrastructure: introduced a digital POS and membership management system, allowing for real-time revenue tracking and automated reporting. • Marketing Automation: developed a funnel through Cempify Media that linked Google Business, Instagram Ads, and review automation, leading to an immediate uptick in online visibility. • Customer Retention Programs: launched tiered memberships, loyalty systems, and referral rewards that turned one-time customers into repeat visitors. We also worked directly with management to design SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) that ensured day-to-day consistency across shifts — a key step in preparing the brand for multi-location expansion.
